The Pakistani flotilla docked in Bandar Abbas to expand friendly relations and to improve the level of educational interactions between the Iranian and Pakistani navies, as well as to convey a message of peace and friendship to countries of the region.
It was officially welcomed by the commanders of the Iranian Navy in Hormozgan province.
During the three-day stay in Bandar Abbas, Pakistani forces are to visit the tourist, cultural, and commercial places of Bandar Abbas, meet with the commanders of the First Naval Region, and pay tribute to the martyrs of Iran's Holy Defense era.
The two navies will then hold joint military drill in the Persian Gulf and Strait of Hormuz.
